Planning permission has been granted for the construction of a two-storey side extension and single-storey rear extension to a large detached house in Woodcote Hurst on the Woodcote Estate in Epsom

In order to ensure a satisfactory appearance on completion of the development it is a standard condition that the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development should match in type, colour and texture those outlined in the supporting documentation accompanying the planning application in accordance with Policy CS5 of the Core Strategy 2007 and Policies DM9 and DM10 of the Development Management Policies Document 2015.
